JSLPS Resource Person Recruitment 2023: Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) झारखंड सरकार द्वारा गरीबों की आजीविका में वृद्धि और सरकारी कार्यक्रमों के साथ अभिसरण को बढ़ावा देकर सामाजिक सशक्तिकरण लाने और गरीबी को कम करने के लिए बनाई गई एक स्वायत्त सोसायटी है। JSLPS वर्तमान में DAY-NRLM, DDU-GKY, JOHAR, MKSP, JHIMDI जैसे कार्यक्रम और NRETP नामक MoRD की एक नई स्वीकृत परियोजना चला रहा है, जिसके तहत Resource Person (RP) के रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती का विज्ञापन जारी किया गया है। वैसे अभियार्थी जो JSLPS के साथ विभिन्न प्रोजेक्ट/प्रोग्राम डोमेन के लिए कॉल के आधार पर रिसोर्स पर्सन के रूप में सहमत विशेषज्ञ तकनीकी सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए तैयार हैं से आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जाते है।

Term of Work Explanation for Resource Persons

1. The services of Resource Persons (RP) to be taken on requirement basis by various domains exceeding not more than 15 days in a month. This shall be in accordance to work planned by the Domain/unit engaging services of RPs. In any case this engagement should not be continuous in nature. Please note this is purely short term engagement based on requirement on call basis and It is not an employment with JSLPS by any way.
2. Monthly/Quarterly (as feasible) service requirement as announced by the head of Domain with approval of competent authority JSLPS.
3. Based on approval, RPs shall be informed by concerned domain for seeking their respective services. Their consent shall also be obtained for record.
4. Rotation policy may be followed for engaging services of RPs. For this a roster shall befollowed by the Domain/Unit head. The rotation should follow the principle of equal opportunity to share their technical expertise as RPs, awarding engagement based on best suiting expertise. Domain head and Unit head shall maintain transparency in the engagement of RPs.

Education Qualification And Experience Details

• 2 years’ Master Degree/Diploma in Computer Application (MCA)/Master Degree or Diploma in Information and Technology (IT)/ M. Sc. (IT)/MBA (IT) from a government recognized university/academic institution Or 2-year Degree/Diploma Rural Management/ Development/ Social Science/ Social Work or relevant subject Or 4 years” Graduate Engineering in Electronics, Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant subject from a government recognized university/ academic institution.
• Full time Graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication, or Graduation with any stream with Diploma in Graphics Designing Photography & Video Production, Photography & Video editing.
• Post-Graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication or in any Stream with experience in documentation/ translation. Or Diploma in Graphics Designing Photography & Video Production, Photography & Video editing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or working in rural development related project/programme for poverty eradication/livelihoods/social or rural development implemented by Government/reputed NGOs/Corporate Entities or organisation. Experience should include being engaged in programme implementation role. Experience of working with poor’s institutions and government systems would be given preference.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience for post-graduation or 8 years graduation experience with Exposure in Rural Photography, Photo Feature, Video documentation, Mobile Journalism or Should have or worked with Editorial in News Agencies Media House, Development Sector, Communication for Development.
• 2 years full time Post Graduate degree in Fisheries Science (M. F. Sc.) or M. Sc.Aquaculture/Fishery/Pisciculture or M. Sc. Zoology with specialization in Fisheries.
• Full-time B. Tech/B.E. or M. Tech/M.E. in Civil or Agriculture Engineering from reputedInstitute/university. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation of Solar LiftIrrigation Schemes and agriculture related work.
• 2 years’ full time Post Graduate Degree 2 years full-time Diploma from recognized university in Social Work/Rural Management/Statistics/Economics/ Commerce from Recognized University/Institution with profound understanding of data usage and analytics. Person with exposure to Crop Insurance, Compliances of Companies, Asset Insurance, Bank lending procedures shall be preferred.
• Persons having 4 years full time degree/diploma in Agriculture and Allied subject/Fishery/Horticulture/Veterinary or other relevant subject from recognized university/institution may also apply.
• 2 year full-time MBA (Human Resources)/MARD/MSW/M. Sc. Agribusiness/MA in Economics with good documentation, Training and Communication skills.
• Post-graduation degree with 4 years’ experience or 6 years’ experience with graduation degree. However, Person must also have Technical degree/diploma of any skills trade with experience and understanding of skills training. The candidate having graduation degree and exposure of skill gap analysis/study, piloting of projects or knowledge of ERP handling/training with 10 years of experience in the either of mentioned segment.
• Retired scientists from ICAR, INRG, IFP, BHU, CIMAP are also invited for empanelment as RP. Hands on experience on Aromatic and Medicinal Plants, Scientific Lah cultivation and Apiculture shall be added advantage.
• 2 years Master Degree/Diploma in Computer Application (MCA)/Master Degree or Diploma in Information and Technology (IT)/ M.Sc. (IT)/MBA (IT) from a government recognized university/academic institution having 2 years’ experience in teaching or should have Certificate of MS- Excel/ word trainer.
• Candidate having working experience in fisheries related projects of ICAR/CSIR/State Govt./NGOs or other organization with fishery-based activities for poverty reduction,livelihoods generation, fishery development, training and capacity building of fishfarmers, etc type of projects/programmes shall be preferred.
• For above qualifications, as mentioned in pomt-a to g, interested person should have minimum five (5) years of work experience of good organization of repute for implementing large scale Poverty reduction or livelihoods projects/Programs Other development initiatives in the relevant field in Rural Development sector.

Required Skills For Joining

1. Computer Skills – Excellent working knowledge in MS Office environment.
2. Language Skills – Very Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi.
3. Other Skills and Knowledge Knowing Government system & its functioning, development policies and good understanding of Jharkhand’s development priorities would strengthen the candidature. Ready to be located anywhere in the state as per programme requirement and decision of the JSLPS management.
4. S/he should be comfortable in working on computers using Internet and E-mail, Word Documents, Excel Sheet, and Power Point Presentations.
5. Person must have good communication skills (both oral and writing) in Hindi and English. Knowledge of local language and culture would be an added advantage at the time of empanelment, if other criteria are well met.
6. Candidates with Knowledge of local languages and experience of working in Jharkhand shall be given preference.
7. One should have good understanding and knowledge about Software- Coral Draw, In- Design, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. FCP, Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software, only for those to be empaneled for Knowledge Management Cell.
8. Exposure in Rural Photography, Photo Feature, Video documentation, Mobile Journalism,only for those to be empaneled for Knowledge Management Cell.
9. Should have or worked with Editorial in News Agencies/Media House, Development Sector, Communication for Development, only for those to be empaneled for Knowledge Management Cell.
10. One should have done Translation work (from Hindi to English and vice versa)
